Live Series Part 2 | Basmati#05
No time to rest, here is Anandas next on Basmati. Like his smash single “Doppelwhipper” the present tracks for his “Live Series” were performed live on stage. “Hey Blop” is a perfect and very playable summertrack while “Give Me Five” shows how percussions should be looped into great Techno.

Selected Techno Works | BasmatiCD#01
Refreshingly different from the common Techno mainstream Gabriel Ananda breaks hearing- habbits using well dosed deep structured sounds. Connoisseur of the uncommon enjoy his straight and fiddly cool beats. Definitions become useless if Techno, House and Dub merge utogether like in Gabriel Anandas productions. Listen

Live Series Part 1 | Basmati#04
Parallel to the release of his album “Selected Techno Works” Ananda starts on Basmati his “Live Series”. Published here are the tracks which have been established on the floors during his recent live sets. The tracks hold almost forgotten practice to deceive an audience: Occasional imprecision is a stylistic device, the post production was skipped, unpolished rough edges remain. Live Series Part 1 is coming with the tracks “Alpha” and “Smash”. This year at least 3 more releases of this series will appear on Basmati. Listen

Charming & Alarming | Basmati#03
In fact, it’s not even supposed to have a release sheet like this one. But sometimes, you’re even too modest to stay away. So, what’s it all about? Well, the music, of course. And only the music. Organic stuff, so to speak. Tracks made by pure immersion. No plans, no blueprints. Just going with the flow, unleashing the inner krautrock while staying true to the basics of techno. Listen

GCF / 1.1 Remake | Basmati#02
Epic tracks are rarely seen in such a light-footed mood: Gabriel Ananda shakes his hairdo again, this time in cooperation with floor hope Daniel Mehlhart and the pioneers from Superstition’s Quazar. The results are two genre-bending tracks, whose friendliness makes them look like 10 minute long wolves in sheep’s clothing. Pinpoint funk with panoramic view, coming from true masters of all classes. Listen

Bell / Schnee | Basmati#01
Now Techno has its own fair trade. Basmati, the new label by Gabriel Ananda (artist direction) and Marcel Janovsky (management), does not indulge in pretentious bragging. In fact, it’s not even supposed to have a release sheet like this one. But sometimes, you’re even too modest to stay away. So, what’s it all about? Well, the music, of course. Listen

Coconut Blues | Treibstoff#081
There’s going to be reshuffle, the floor will be well-greased, ears get a direct line to the pit of the stomach, because hearing is the new feeling. Of course Gabriel Ananda is doing everything right again and provides a crucial contribution on the topic of: “The club sings another tune”. “Coconut Blues” is the soundtrack to the uplift of hearts to spheres where everything incessantly shimmers and vibrates: hips, legs, handbags, eardrums, the mind and the mirth for eternity.

Doppelwhipper | Platzhirsch#08
“Doppelwhipper” was brought in live by Gabriel and that can you hear very clearly. The track lives from his pressure and the spontaneity. This track grants the dancefloor only rarely a break.
